Thanks to http://walkingwithattitude.com/I tried out a new tip as I walked this morning.
Guaranteed to improve your walking posture and work your thighs too all you need to do is imagine that you are holding a £100 note between your buttocks. You'll have to squeeze them together to do so. This ensures you walk tall by strengthening your lower back muscles and tightening and pulling in your bottom. What else can you ask for?
I tried it out and boy I could feel it work, in fact I wondered if I could do the entire 30 minutes that way and I did. We'll see how my thighs feel tomorrow.
